Manny is disqualified from running any post in GenSan because he needs to have one year residency in the location prior to running. His residency is still in Manila and it is only recently that he requested it to be transferred in GenSan. Plus I dont really watch news since they mostly centering around the same set of "news": murder, rape and whatever the hottest political gimmick is currently in the scene. :( I do hope Manny returns to his senses. Fighting in the squared arena is very different in fighting in the political arena. ciao!
