As for ArchLinux, you find the PKGBUILD file on AUR (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ext3undel/ext3undel/PKGBUILD) plus another one inside the tarball. There will be a service for ArchLinux next to the other two repositories on apt.izzysoft.de hopefully soon as well.
