Taken from Cook Magazine (January-Februart 2003 issue). \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n  1\/2 kilo liempo w\/ skin, cubed<br \/>\n  1\/2 kilo chicken parts<br \/>\n  2 tsp salt<br \/>\n  1\/2 tbsp ground peppercorn<br \/>\n  1\/2 cup strong vinegar<br \/>\n  1\/2 cup water<br \/>\n  1 head garlic, pounded<br \/>\n  1 pc. laurel leaf, if desired<br \/>\n  1-1 1\/2 cup coconut milk<br \/>\n  about 2 tbsp achuete oil, for coloring, if desired<\/p>\n<p>Procedure:<br \/>\n &#8211; Season meat with salt and pepper and leave for about 15 minutes.<br \/>\n &#8211; Add vinegar and water, garlic and laurel<br \/>\n &#8211; Add achuete oil<br \/>\n &#8211; Simmer, covered in a heavy pot<br \/>\n &#8211; Reduce till liquid has practically evaporated<br \/>\n &#8211; Add coconut milk<br \/>\n &#8211; Let the sauce thicken to desired consistency<\/p>\n<p>Knowing me, I&#8217;ll just take a look at the ingredients and then create the dish a&#8217;la chamba.
